Overview
Located 20 minutes south of Nashville in Williamson County, this charming, upscale city ranks as one of the wealthiest cities in the entire country when compared to the region’s overall cost of living. It’s distinguished for being one of Nashville’s most desirable and sought after suburbs. Of course, Brentwood is so much more than just another “bedroom” community. While many residents commute to Nashville for work each day, Brentwood has made serious moves in recent years to provide business and office space opportunities within its own city limits — like the 5-million-square-foot Maryland Farms office complex.
