Great neighborhood & convenient to many locations in area. Brick, double pain tilt windows, washer/dryer connection, new stove, frig, Separate parking for the units. There is double wide drive in the large back yard. Do not allow pets. Walk to west park & TSU. Can be on West End Vanderbilt & Centennial Park in 15 minutes. Very somber area and close to interstate, schools, hospitals, and Downtown Nashville. No room for kitchen table if you have a washing machine and dryer in kitchen. Small storage area under house. Can be made into very cute nice home to live in. Rooms are small and 3 people is the best amount to be comfortable in the unit.. You can tell by square footage and room sizes. Credit check cost $45 per person. I am the property manager & another company does credit.
