Located near Waverly just west of Tennessee River at Mason’s Boat Dock, this forest land was last cut 40 years ago. It has good access along a timber road and is an ideal hunting site with good timber potential. Entrance to logging road is just past 4746 W. Little Richmond Rd. I'ts about 1.2 miles to the property line and the road ends at the end of the property. There is another easement for ingress an egress but it only gets you to the property line. There is no road there.
