Newer build built before the masses=thoughtful details with superior function. Guest on main but tucked a few steps down and not an and/or office. 3 floors=3 laundries. Centrally located with a large, irrigated yard with room for a pool. White oak floors, a pantry large enough to sleep in and cubbies placed where they should be in multiple locations. Function never looked this good! (some light fixtures do not remain with the home). Underground utilities too!
