Susan Riley

Susan, a Nashville native, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a degree in Marketing and Finance. After working as an underwriter at Blue Cross Blue Shield she worked for the family insurance agency, Polk & Sullivan, Inc. She has volunteered on various committees at Ensworth School, Harpeth Hall School, the Nashville Figure Skating Club, Junior League of Nashville, Delta Delta Delta Alumnae Chapter, Friends of Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and her alma mater UNC-Chapel Hill.

Susan offers a firsthand perspective to her clients whether first time buyers, investors, moving up or downsizing to the next chapter of their lives. She is dedicated to help all whether purchasing or selling a property and considers it a privilege to build a strong trust-based relationship with her clients that will last beyond a closing date.
