Stephen Parker
I am a Nashville native and a graduate of Brentwood High School. I graduated with honors from the University of Denver with a BA in Communications and a minor in Digital Media Studies. After 20 years working in digital marketing for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T Broadband, BP, HP, Northern Trust Corporation, and many software, tech, and disaster recovery startups in Denver and Chicago, I began focusing heavily on real estate investing. Shortly thereafter, I got my real estate license to help others buy, sell, and invest in Nashville.
As a Nashville native, I know the neighborhoods and have watched them grow. As an active investor and Realtor, I constantly assess and compare properties and communities all over the area to help my clients price or locate & evaluate potential properties that meet their purchase or investment criteria. Most importantly: I don’t waste their time.
My motto is, “It’s not just what I bring to the table, but also what I take off of your plate.” Your time is valuable. I am an intentional, hands-on Realtor that you can count on to take care of a lot of the details for you. I want you to focus on your family, your work, and the things that are most important to you during the sale or purchase process. I’ll worry about the little stuff…
In addition to real estate, I own a WordPress Web design and SEO agency, Sparker Webgroup, that I founded in 2007. I am also the current Goaltending Coach for the Brentwood Middle School varsity and junior varsity boys lacrosse teams and I am honored to sit on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies Tennessee.
My wife and high school sweetheart, Dr. Eva Parker, is also a Nashville native & graduate of The Harpeth Hall School. Eva is a Dermatologist and Assistant Professor and Core Faculty Member of the Center for Biomedical Ethics and Society at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is the President of the Nashville Dermatologic Society and Vice President of the Williamson County Medical Society, and she sits on Nashville Mayor John Cooper’s Sustainability Advisory Committee. We live just off of Music Row near the Gulch with our rescue dogs and cat who we spoil at every turn. We enjoy traveling the world in our free time and have visited 60 countries (and counting) since 2014.
It would be an honor to assist you with any real estate needs that you or anyone you may know have in or around my hometown of Nashville. Just let me know how I can help.
