Shea Ghertner
About Me
Shea Ghertner has been an Affiliate Broker since 2016 and a Nashville resident since 2005. She has a passion for helping people find the perfect home and understands the importance of location and convenience when choosing where to live. Her approachable personality, analytical skills and attention to detail help create a comfortable, positive experience for her clients. Shea takes great pride in providing exemplary service for buyers and sellers alike in the Nashville area.
Prior to joining the Nashville real estate community, Shea spent 20 years in project management, with 10 years specializing in the IT industry. As IT Project Manager for United Data Technologies and Prosys Information Systems, she supported both enterprise IT infrastructure and data center projects. She also served as Project Coordinator specializing in training related to policy and programs. Shea holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Shea, her husband Doug, and their two children recently moved into, and renovated, a new home in Nashville, so they have experienced the moving process first-hand. Shea enjoys tennis, reading, and traveling with her family. She is passionate about giving back to her community through organizations including Monroe Carrell Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Nashville Humane Society, and Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. Shea is co-chair of the 2019 Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville.
