Rhonda Brandon

Rhonda, a multi–million-dollar producer, was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She attended Converse College and went on to earn her master’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She has called Nashville home since 1990.

With a lifelong passion for real estate and a keen eye for studying the market, Rhonda earned her affiliate broker’s license in 1995. Since then, she has built her career specializing in the Nashville neighborhoods of Belle Meade, Green Hills, Hillwood, Oak Hill, and Forest Hills—having personally lived in all but Oak Hill. Rather than focusing on self-promotion, Rhonda devotes her resources to marketing her clients and their properties. Her business thrives on referrals and repeat clients who value her deep market knowledge, expertise, and personal dedication. Known for uncovering off-market opportunities, Rhonda takes pride in finding her clients the perfect home—often before it even hits the market.

Beyond real estate, Rhonda is deeply committed to her community. She has served on the board of Mother to Mother and supported organizations including the Junior League of Nashville, Converse Alumni Association, Second Harvest Food Bank, Project Redesign, Ronald McDonald House, Harding Academy, Franklin Road Academy, Harpeth Hall, MBA, and St. Cecilia Academy. A longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Nashville, her faith and church community remain central to her life.

In her free time, Rhonda enjoys the beach—especially Sea Island—along with reading, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Doug, live in Forest Hills. Together, they have three married children and six beloved grandchildren.
