Rachel Gilleland

Rachel Gilleland is joining the Thompson/Bennett team at Fridrich & Clark Realty. Mara Thompson and Tim Bennett have been one of the most successful and long-lasting teams in Nashville and have achieved the prestigious Award of Excellence Diamond status from the Nashville Association of Realtors for outstanding sales.

Rachel applies over a decade of consumer-facing, business development leadership to her career in the real estate business.  A veteran of the Nashville hospitality industry, Rachel is highly adept at serving her client’s needs.  She brings local market understanding, negotiation skills and attention to detail to everything she does.

An increasing rarity, Rachel Gilleland is a Nashville native and is a graduate of Hillsboro High School, later earning her undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University.  Her local connections make Rachel well-versed in both the established Nashville communities as well as emerging residential neighborhoods and local trends. Rachel is licensed and equipped with all professional credentials and makes ongoing continuing education in this competitive field a top priority to best serve her clients.

Interestingly, Rachel also holds a sommelier certification so her professional recommendations and guidance can even extend to wine selections and pairings! When not working, Rachel and her husband enjoy gardening, cooking and spending time with their dog, Rosie.
