Mollie Gray
Mollie is a Nashville native with a strong foundation in service, hospitality, and project
management. Her work is guided by a commitment to excellence, clear communication, and a
deep understanding of what it takes to prepare and present a home at its best.
Before earning her real estate license, Mollie built a successful career supporting agents in
readying homes for market. From coordinating contractors and overseeing repairs to staging
and organizing, she played an essential role in ensuring seamless transactions behind the
scenes. Through her concierge company, Nashville House Mom, and consulting firm, Gray
Selective, she has worked closely with homeowners, real estate professionals, and developers
to deliver customized solutions that support both aesthetic and functional goals.
Her transition into real estate came naturally, prompted by a referral that led to a multi-million
dollar sale. Encouraged by the agents she supported and driven by her own passion for the
process, she officially became licensed and joined the Courtney & Peebles Property Group at
Fridrich & Clark Realty.
Mollie specializes in project coordination, staging strategy, and lifestyle-centered real estate
services. She takes pride in helping clients navigate their next chapter with clarity and
confidence—whether they are preparing a home for sale or searching for the right one to call
home.
In addition to her real estate work, Mollie remains active in the Nashville community. She has
volunteered for over 20 years with organizations such as Hands On Nashville, Second Harvest,
Ronald McDonald House Charities, Heifer International, Crossroads Pets, and the Boys & Girls
Club. She has also held leadership roles supporting major fundraising and community events,
including the Tomorrowland Fund and Iroquois Steeplechase.
Her experience, combined with a deep connection to her hometown, allows Mollie to offer a
well-rounded and service-driven real estate experience for every client she serves.
