Meet Leah
Leah Massey has an extensive background working with clients in all facets of real estate, from new construction and residential sales to investor-owned, long and short-term property investments.
With over 15 years of real estate sales experience, she has spent the past five years focused on new home construction sales for a national builder. This experience has made Leah intensely aware of construction processes, timelines, build stages, inspection standards, and how to navigate through the challenges each presents.
During this time and through the pandemic, Leah worked with a multitude of families relocating, gaining an appreciation of the stresses associated with relocating, as well as an understanding of the unique needs those families and clients require as part of providing exceptional service and communication.
During her first year in new home sales, Leah was awarded Rookie of the Year by the Middle Tennessee Home Builders Association and has consistently earned awards each year for outstanding sales production.
Now, with a deeper knowledge of construction, relocation, and broader insights into service, Leah has returned to general real estate to serve a wider range of clients and investors.
Leah & her son (Keaton) reside in Brentwood, TN, and spend a lot of their free time on the football and track fields.
