Kylie Davis

Kylie, a 2017 graduate from the University of Iowa, moved to Nashville to continue her career in the fitness industry. After meeting her fiancé and having their first child together at the height of the pandemic, Kylie wanted to scale her business to support her family, but felt stuck in the industry she was in. She began her real estate career in early 2o21 and has shown tremendous results in a short amount of time. As a devout Catholic, Kylie strongly believes in ethics and the influence of a hard-working woman both in career and family life. Kylie is a master of negotiation and design, and adores the work she puts in for each client. The relationships built along the way are her favorite part of being a Realtor.
