JoAnna Emley grew up in Baton Rouge, LA, and found her way to Nashville to attend Belmont University. After graduating, she travelled as a singer/songwriter, but Nashville’s charm always called her back. Now, after 25 years of calling Nashville home, JoAnna is more in love with the area than ever—and she loves helping others discover why.
Having lived in several communities around the greater Nashville area, JoAnna has had the unique opportunity to witness the city’s incredible growth and transformation. From its vibrant downtown to the peaceful suburbs, she’s seen it all—and is excited to share her insider knowledge with those looking to make Nashville their home.
Today, JoAnna lives in Franklin with her husband and children, where she enjoys spending time outdoors, and immersing herself in the community.
