Chip Wilkison

Nashville Native of over 30 years, I went to the Oak Hill School and then on to high school. When it came time for college, I chose the College of Charleston, in Charleston, South Carolina. It was an exciting four years; I graduated with a B.A. in Corporate Communications. However, after graduation, I knew it was time to come home to Nashville! Soon after I arrived, I got my real estate license and the rest is history.

As a native Nashvillian, I am able to help you find your perfect home with comfort and ease. I am very active in the community and the Realtor community. It is uncommon for me to go anywhere and not see a familiar face, which I enjoy very much. It makes house hunting much easier when I can find something off market for a Buyer.

I am passionate about a lot of things in Nashville. The first being my Cavalier, Chloe. We are active members of the Nashville Cavaliers. I also serve on many committees, such as for the Symphony Fashion Show, A Cause For Paws, Gilda’s Club, Ballet Ball, Light Up The Night, Martinis and Mistletoe, and Swan Ball Late Party Auction. I love hikes in The Warner Parks and a bike ride in my neighborhood. It is hard for me to find something I do not like.

I would be honored to help you find your new home or sell your current one. I make the process fun and easy. I like to think of it as a flight – we take off, reach cruising altitude, prepare for any unexpected light turbulence (very unlikely), and then we land after a wonderful time. Give me a call anytime and I will be glad to talk with you.
