The Milam Group is thrilled to partner with Caleb Gaw, a third generation Nashvillian, who knows and loves the city and everything it has to offer. Caleb grew up in the Green Hills/Brentwood communities and has extensive knowledge of both Nashville and Williamson county. He graduated from Hillsboro High School and received his bachelor’s in marketing from Belmont University. A home-town boy through and through, Caleb has knowledge and experience to successfully guide local and out of town clients. Caleb comes from a strong work ethic where honesty, integrity, commitment, and communication are the cornerstones of his relationships with others.
Caleb jumped straight into the real estate industry after college working in New Home Construction. It was here that he gained valuable knowledge and experience understanding the ins-and-outs of home building and new home sales. His extensive experience with builders, Realtors, design and deadlines make him a knowledgeable advocate to any homeowner looking to buy or sell a home.
He currently lives in Nolensville with his wife Ericka and is an avid and longtime musician, jamming to favorites on piano, bass and guitar. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and reading his Vernon McGee Thru the Bible commentary.

“From the very beginning, Caleb put me at ease and answered all the very many questions I had.
Each week I would email Caleb on Mondays’ with my many questions. He never tired of answering and explaining during the process. His response time was phenomenal. As my house was being built, the builder and Caleb continued to understand what I was trying to do and help guide my in the decisions that needed to be made. I could not have had a better experience and Caleb made it a pleasure.” Smyrna
