Betsy Sullivan
Born, raised and educated in Western New York – the home of the Buffalo Bills – Betsy began her professional career in the waste management industry where she was EVP of the management group who supported waste hauling and a permitted landfill. Following its sale, she worked alongside her husband John flipping condos – before it was called “flipping” – in South Carolina. After 9/11, they relocated back to Western New York where they bought a heavy-duty truck dealership. Betsy was responsible for marketing for the truck dealership, as well as bookkeeping for their commercial real estate business. Betsy’s design skills led her to provide marketing services to various non-profit organizations with whom she had a personal connection. She has served in various leadership roles with NPO Boards over the decades in WNY, as well as leading several capital campaigns, helping raise over $150M. Relocating to Nashville after visiting for years, Betsy now calls Music City her home with her husband of 29 years, and loves being close to her three adult children and grand-dogs. Betsy looks forward to helping others wanting to find their new home or sellers in Nashville! She is thrilled to be a new team member in the Haus of Moncler at Fridrich & Clark Realty.
