Ashna Tipnis
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Ashna has been living in Nashville since 2009. She has a design background and has bought homes and investment properties in TN and FL. She has seen the Nashville market grow and change over the last 10 years and has a deep understanding of areas and trends in Nashville.
She understands that buying or selling a house is one of the biggest decisions in people’s lives. She offers a firsthand perspective to her clients whether they are first time home buyers, investors, moving up, downsizing or selling. She has strong negotiation and communication skills which she uses to help her clients every step of the way. She builds a strong relationship with all her clients that goes beyond closing date.
When she is not previewing and showing houses, writing contracts, holding open houses or closing with her clients, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Mayur, and girls Jia (9), Pia (6) and doodle Sofia (3) and helping and volunteering in her girls’ elementary school.
