Meet Ann Marie
A Nashville native, raised in West Meade, I became acquainted with the real estate world at a very young age. My father was in construction, and my mom was a real estate agent. Interested in mom’s career, I began going to tour houses with her and looking through her MLS books. My first active role in real estate was the purchase of my first house. I truly enjoyed the process of house hunting and working with a real estate agent; I knew a career in this industry fit my personality.
In 2008, a move to Nashville made the transition into real estate a breeze. I teamed up with my mother, Evelyn Rodgers, at Fridrich & Clark, where we work seamlessly together. With her experience and my newfound energy (getting babies out of diapers and off to school), I have learned the ins and outs of the business. Together, we keep our clients' best interests in mind and offer sound, reasonable advice. Key to this is that we really listen and understand their needs and wants, like they were our own family. We have fun working for our clients and see each experience as a new mission. We are Strictly Real Estate!
