Chase Ballenger

Chase’s journey in Nashville began in 2016 after moving from Eastern North Carolina to pursue a career as a professional musician. He spent several years as a studio session drummer for local artists while occasionally touring with regional acts. In late 2018, Chase began a new professional career in office administration for a Nashville based Entertainment Law Firm. He is very grateful for the experience and lessons these professions have taught him and still utilizes a lot of that knowledge to this day.

After living in both the Nations and Sylvan Park neighborhoods of West Nashville since 2016, Chase saw the growth of the housing market first-hand. It wasn’t long before he decided it was time to pursue his dream of obtaining his real estate license. Now that this new chapter has begun, he hopes to use his qualified professional skill in-tandem with his core tenets of kindness, honesty, and tenacity to develop lifelong friends and clients.

Chase currently lives in Sylvan Heights with his wife, Bryce, and two golden-doodles (fur babies), Leevon and Bonham. In his spare time, Chase loves to read his Bible and grow closer in his faith with the Lord. He also enjoys running and daily workouts, as well as relaxing while listening to Brooks & Dunn, Jazz, or Classic Rock tunes.

Chase is overjoyed to begin his real estate career with Fridrich & Clark Realty, and is eager to assist with short-term rentals, residential sales/purchases and commercial investments.
