DeeDee Wade
Heading to open houses from the age of ten, DeeDee brings a life-long enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a strong background of 13 years working as an agent in property and casualty insurance, where she honed her skills managing complex risk exposures and protecting clients and their properties. Born and raised in Nashville and Franklin, DeeDee has a vast network of contacts in the area and an excellent understanding of the local markets, allowing her to educate her clients and match them to their needs.
DeeDee also gives back to numerous organizations in the community, and in 2011 was awarded the American Association of Fundraising’s “Nashville New Faces in Philanthropy Award” for those under 40 making a significant contribution to their profession and community. DeeDee currently serves on the Sewanee Alumni Board, Trustee on the Board of The Hermitage, The Harpeth River Conservancy Board and also donations her time to Saddle Up! Therapeutic Riding and Crossroads Campus.
DeeDee is an avid equestrian with an in depth understanding of farm properties after insuring these properties and their specific attributes for many years. In addition, she worked closely with insurance claims adjusters and appraisers giving her insights on many homeowner issues before becoming a Realtor.
