Chip Fridrich
I am an ownership partner with Fridrich & Clark Realty and also serve as an affiliate broker with my family’s business. I have been licensed since 1986 when I was a freshman in college, and quickly immersed myself in the real estate industry as I became a Lifetime Member of the Nashville Board of Realtors Award of Excellence due to sales volume in my first five years in the business.
Born and raised in Nashville, I understand the Nashville real estate market having been a part of this wonderful city all my life. My integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and highly developed organizational skills are vital assets to today’s seller or home buyer who are seeking a real estate professional who will be attentive to their needs.
Purchasing or selling a home can be a confusing experience and an emotional one as well. In most cases, this process is the single highest expense an individual or a family will have in their lifetime. It is a serious endeavor – one that should be handled with care, diligence, and expertise. I am adequately prepared to assist my customers with proven advice and walk with them through the entire process of buying or selling their home.
In addition to my ownership and managerial duties with the real estate company, I also serve as the President and CEO of my family’s independent property and casualty insurance agency – Fridrich, Pinson & Associates – a position that I have held along with my role with Fridrich & Clark Realty for 25 years.
I attended Montgomery Bell Academy (’86) and Vanderbilt University (’90) where I was a four year letter winner as a scholarship baseball player. I have remained active in the sports community coaching youth sports, and broadcasting collegiate and youth sporting events on both local radio and regional/national television networks including ESPN.
I am married to the former Heather Knapp and have a daughter, Hannah, and two sons – Dowden and John Lewis. I attend St. Henry Catholic Church in Nashville.
