Ruby Elshafei has called Nashville home since 2000. She has loved witnessing Nashville’s transformation into a global hub for a wide range of industries, as well as becoming the city of choice for many startups. She thrives to provide an exceptional level of service to her clients, that is anchored by a thorough grasp of all aspects of real estate.
Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt then relocating to the States (New York and Nashville), she knows all too well the excitements and some of the anxieties that can be associated with moving. With that in mind, she represents her buyers and sellers with dedication, attention-to-detail and compassion, whether they are relocating overseas, cross-country or across the street. She loves dealing with a wide array of clients ranging from the first-time home buyers to the seasoned pros. Her sellers benefit from her excellent eye for preparing a home to list, her intuitive market analysis and pricing expertise and her effective marketing plan. Her goal is getting the most return for her sellers in as short a time as possible.
Ruby has a daughter living in Philadelphia and practicing law in Delaware and a son at Yale University. She is an avid tennis player and is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
“Ruby is friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and all around lovely! She has continued to help us communicate with the builder since our closing and has consistently validated our feelings while also helping us feel comfortable with the process.” JW
“Ruby was a pleasure to work with. She was there to help us and offer advice every step of the way. As a first-time home buyer she “held our hands” through the process and always had a friendly positive attitude. She even offered to help us in any way she can with our move and recommended people to start work on the house.” MB
“Ruby organized everything! We especially appreciated her help in orchestrating the inspection repair item completion.” AC
