Cheryl was born in Atlanta, attended Vanderbilt University (1981-1986), and worked in marketing and advertising. She has lived in Nashville since 1990 and has experience in design, renovation, and property management.
Personalized service, attention to detail, and knowledge of the market allow Cheryl to effectively serve her client’s needs. Whether finding the perfect home or preparing a property for market, Cheryl’s goal is to make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. She has the skills to be a thoughtful and diligent client advocate and is committed to using her energy, resources, and knowledge to negotiate the best outcome.
Cheryl’s clients have also benefited from her knowledge that many listings and sales take place outside the MLS and are not yet advertised or listed in the local MLS database. Whenever a local agent has one of these “pocket listings”, they share the information with only a handful of agents to whom they think may have potential buyers. Cheryl is invariably one of the people they call. Many of these listings are not listed on this website because they were sold off-market.
