Meet Shelly
Shelly Bearden, with The Bearden Brand, has been a successful real estate agent for 20+ years. Shelly and her partner, Rob, closed over $40 million in sales in 2024. Shelly graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2002 with a BS in Retail & Consumer Science, with a minor in Business. Only a few weeks after graduating, she obtained her real estate license and immediately began her career in Nashville. Shelly worked for a national home builder, Pulte Homes, where she sold new construction in all different phases, often helping start neighborhoods from the ground up. After working for Pulte Homes, Shelly began working for Regent Homes and sold in much larger “Live-Work” communities, where she sold new construction condos, town homes, single-family homes, and commercial work spaces. After seven years in on-site sales and wanting to expand her real estate career, Shelly moved to general real estate, joining Worth Properties in 2009. There, she obtained her Broker’s license in 2011. In 2021, Shelly & Rob brought The Bearden Brand to Fridrich & Clark Realty.
Who and What is The Bearden Brand? Shelly’s husband, Rob, joined her in 2019 after a long career in the banking industry, working in commercial, foreclosure, and appraisal departments. Together with their wealth of acquired knowledge, they make up a diverse team.
