Personal Life and Community Engagement
A graduate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Melanie moved to New Orleans before she and her husband, Michael, moved to Nashville to pursue his music career. They now have three grown children, and when not helping her clients, she loves to travel and visit them in Austin and London.
Melanie is a member of Woodmont Christian Church and has volunteered for various committees at Ensworth, Harpeth Hall, Montgomery Bell Academy, Eli’s House, Habitat for Humanity, and Daystar Ministries. Other hobbies she loves are hiking, yoga, cooking, listening to live music, as well as spending time with her friends, family, and her animals.
