Meet Marsha
Marsha was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. Her professional background includes more than 15 years in sales management and service with a Fortune 500 Company. Marsha is energetic, focused, organized, and has an innate ability to assess people’s needs, which made real estate a natural choice for a career.
Luxury Residential Real Estate is her specialty, focusing her efforts in Nashville and the surrounding areas.
Marsha is also part of the sales team for Manning—a new mid-rise development planned for the West End/Belle Meade area with luxury residences up to $5,500,000.
She is married to Randy with two daughters (Nicole and Natalie). They have been residents of the Nashville area for more than 20 years. In her spare time, you can find her on the tennis court or at Harpeth Hall sporting events.
She has been active with many charities and organizations such as Girl Scouts of Cumberland Valley, Cystic Fibrosis, Second Harvest Food Bank, Martha O’Brien Center, and T.J. Martell Foundation. Marsha believes in giving back and enjoys the many opportunities to serve and make Nashville a better place to live.
