About Me
An Affiliate Broker, Whitney Musser, is a member of one of Nashville’s top-producing residential real estate teams with sales exceeding 52 million in 2017. As a dedicated advocate for her clients, Whitney’s reputation for persistence precedes her. A recipient of the Gold Award of Excellence in 2013 and a five-time recipient of the Silver Award of Excellence, Whitney is highly successful not only because she is determined and diligent but because she is personally invested in the happiness of each of her clients. Conscientious and fiercely committed both on the buy side and the sale side, Whitney pours her time, energy, and heart into meeting the various needs of her clients. For her, the extra mile is never extra.
Working in partnership with her mother, veteran NAR Member Lynn Samuels, Whitney loves that her clients get a “2-for-the-price-of-1” deal. With a combined experience of over 45 years in the Nashville real estate sector, the mother-daughter duo offers not only exhaustive knowledge about this particular housing market but also the benefit of two complementary talents and perspectives. Having developed longstanding relationships with other NAR Members, Whitney and Lynn have the added advantage of a trusted inner network, which gives them access to off-market houses and other insider information. With the guiding principle that they would never encourage a client to buy a home that they wouldn’t later sell with confidence, Whitney and Lynn always operate with the best interest of their clients at heart. Both women are passionate about connecting newcomers to the community and about ensuring that the transition into a new home, neighborhood, and/or city for each of their clients is a positive, exciting experience.
In addition to being a member of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS®, Whitney is also actively involved in Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, and Westminster Presbyterian Church, where she is a member alongside her husband Matt and their two sons, Walker and Hunter. She is a dedicated volunteer at her children’s school, having served as the Chairman for their annual fundraiser, and a proud alumna of Harpeth Hall and the University of Alabama. Vacations find Whitney in Watercolor, FL, enjoying the sunshine and array of activities that 30-A affords her and Matt and their two boys.
