Call the Man that Loves the Land
Travis Robeson is a Franklin, TN native and has been a professional NAR Member since 2000, and joined the Fridrich & Clark Realty team in 2005. After receiving his Broker license in 2009, he put his love and respect for land to the benefit and has specialized in the land market ever since. “I’m a Franklin-born farm kid who thinks like a land buyer.” As a landowner, he has hands-on knowledge and unique expertise to make land show-ready, is a hard worker, not afraid of heavy machinery, and works tirelessly for his clients. Travis has done several historic renovation projects and has a keen eye for quality craftsmanship. Whether he’s working on a fine home or a rural farm, Travis always has his focus on luxury marketing and fine-tunes his listings to reflect that.
Travis is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), is classroom and field trained in timber valuation, 1031 exchanges, and land investment analysis. “I like to focus on high ethical practices and enjoy taking care of business.”
Travis lives with his family on his Leiper’s Fork farm. He is interested in historic preservation, raises farm animals as a hobby, enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, farming, and outdoor activities of every kind.
