About Candida Mia Sylvania

Candida has been an active member in Nashville Real Estate for almost 10 years. From leasing multiple apartment communities (300+ units) to finding individual homes, Candida exceeds expectations and adapts to the market’s pace. She has worked under top developers and has a passion for people, challenges, and relationships that continue to bring. She is a proud member of Greater Nashville REALTORS® (GNR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), which carry the value of integrity, code of ethics, and high standards.

 

Originally from “Steel City” (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), it’s safe to say Candida has been surrounded by a solid work foundation with her work ethic and Italian upbringing. She has always been passionate about people and leading a life of doing right by others. It has been ingrained in her to always do the right thing, and that has translated into her work ethic as a NAR Member.

 

She currently serves on the HOA as secretary for the 505, a downtown high-rise development, and serves as the Team Leader for the Candida Mia Team at Fridrich & Clark Realty. A mom of a busy one-and-a-half-year-old, Candida enjoys singing and listening to music, and running in her spare time.
