Terry Blankenship
I am a native Nashvillian who began my career as a software developer. As I moved into technology and process improvement executive roles, I was fortunate to be associated with world-class firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and GE. While pondering how my business background might impact a real estate career, it occurred to me that real estate is technology based today so I will be exploiting (and hopefully innovating) in that area. I’ve also recently been in charge of customer service for two large national companies and as such, have learned the extreme importance of the customer experience. The final way my background translates to real estate is that I am a Six Sigma Black Belt, which is a GE certification for process improvement, so I will be looking to streamline all touch points in our clients’ real estate experience, be that on the buying side or the selling side.
