Meeting people, tracking information, and communicating are vital parts of Terri Dorsey’s life. She put those skills to work as a long-time television reporter, and later, managing projects for business development. As a NAR Member, she tracks the news her clients need to make quick decisions.  She digs into all the property records, permits, flood information, and market trends to help buyers and sellers evaluate their best options. And she relies on years of connections to find out what’s happening next.

 

Terri has covered nearly every community in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

 

She chooses to live in older neighborhoods being revitalized. Her long-time home in East Nashville was featured on a network TV show. She now resides in the historic village of Old Hickory.
