Do you ever feel as if all the roads you have traveled have been in preparation for where you are NOW?  This is how I feel about arriving at my life in real estate back in 2015.  Forget the fact that I used to draw floor plans regularly as a small child (always with sunken living rooms and arched doorways - Tudor anyone?).  Forget that my family has a life long tradition of just taking a ride to “go look at houses.”  I have been a business owner in New York City, where I lived and worked for over 20 years. There I had the good fortune to work for several notable architects and interior designers (Pierce/Allen, Aero Studios, Alan Wanzenberg Architects and Danielle Galland Interior Design) where my heart just kept opening up to all of the magic that a home can bring.  I worked as a personal assistant to the great ballet dancer Jacques d’Amboise and organized and executed a six month book tour for his autobiography I WAS A DANCER.  Six months on the road, doing book events and Master classes - Lots of moving parts.  Lots of attention to detail.  

I have a background in Theatre Arts (BFA Boston University, MFA Alabama Shakespeare/University of Alabama) and I have been lucky enough to work in a great variety of locations from NYC to Frankfurt, Germany.  A life in the theatre requires grit, hustle, the ability to listen carefully, and to meet people where they are.  Believe me when I tell you that these are all qualities that you want in a Realtor.  I was also a teacher of Pilates for 20 years and enjoyed students from 11 years old to 80 all with different abilities and different needs.  Again: Lots of moving parts.  Lots of attention to detail

I grew up in Nashville.  I am the daughter of a musician.  Though I was away for many many years, I know this town from top to bottom and have made it my business to keep up with all the changes through an active membership and involvement with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.

The paths I have taken in life have prepared me, on many levels, for real estate.  I believe in watching the market carefully, I believe in discretion, lasting relationships, responsiveness, being prepared, and in serving my clients with as little stress and as much expertise as possible.
