About Stephanie Love

Born and raised in Nashville, Stephanie attended the University of Tennessee at Martin. She was married for 24 years and raised her two sons in Hendersonville, TN. Some of her volunteer work included being on the PTO board and fundraiser committees with Sumner County Public Schools for 17 years.

 

Stephanie has had a variety of opportunities throughout her career. Early on, she began by gaining administrative experience. Stephanie then went on to work at Hendersonville Hospital for seven years in the E.R. and Outpatient Registration Department. Her work in real estate began in 2001 when she started working for an appraisal firm. This ultimately helped her decide to start taking real estate classes at Volunteer State Community College

 

Once licensed in 2004, Stephanie continued to work with the appraisal firm while selling real estate part-time. When the firm closed, she decided to take on real estate full-time! She had the opportunity to work with different real estate companies, gaining more knowledge from each experience.

 

Stephanie decided to take some time off from her real estate career and moved to Wisconsin for a little bit. During that time, she traveled throughout the United States and other countries, but never stopped thinking about real estate. Stephanie even had the opportunity to oversee a couple of projects in remodeling and rebuilding homes in Florida and New York. She helped with the exterior and interior design of both homes, as well as staging homes in Florida, Wisconsin, and New York.

 

Although she enjoyed those experiences, Stephanie decided to return to Nashville in March of 2020 and became active in real estate again. She has sales experience that covers many types of properties throughout Nashville and the surrounding areas. Stephanie is ready to work hard with sellers and buyers!
