Kathryn Donelson

Knowledge, Experience, Creativity – A Family Tradition Continues…

Kathryn, a native Nashvillian, attended Franklin Road Academy and the University of Tennessee. She received her real estate license in 1999, and worked alongside her father, Tom Patterson, for 20 years until his retirement. One of the biggest takeaways Kathryn learned from her father’s 35+ years as a real estate agent is to always communicate. There can never be too much communication, either with a buyer or seller. When making one of the biggest financial and personal decisions that you will make with real estate, you want to be informed. Whether she is working with first-time home buyers or veteran real estate investors, be assured that Kathryn will communicate with you the whole way.

She and her husband Daniel have two children – a son at Montgomery Bell Academy and a daughter at St. Henry School, where they also attend church. They all love to be outdoors and play with their cat and 2 dogs.

Kathryn is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee REALTORS®, and Greater Nashville REALTORS®.
