Eve Hanley

As a Nashville native with deep local roots and a genuine passion for homes, I bring both insider knowledge and heartfelt enthusiasm to every client relationship. I grew up in Forest Hills, attended Oak Hill School and Harpeth Hall, and earned my degree in Economics from Boston University. After college, I began my professional career in Atlanta, working in finance with Morgan Keegan, Turner Broadcasting, and ultimately as an equity trader for Equitable Asset Management.

Though my career path began in finance, my heart has always been in homes. My mother was a longtime interior designer in Nashville, and I grew up immersed in floor plans, color palettes, and the rhythm of creating inviting spaces. Real estate was a natural next step once my children became more independent, and it’s a career that blends my love of people, homes, and problem-solving perfectly.

My husband, Glenn (a Georgia Tech grad and one of five siblings all based in Atlanta), and I have three children and have been married for 26 years! Over the years, we’ve lived in Buckhead and Château Élan (in Braselton, GA), spent several years in Indianapolis, and ultimately returned home to Nashville to put down permanent roots. Our extended families are here in the Southeast, and our weekends often revolve around time with loved ones—or relaxing at our lake house on Tims Ford Lake, which we’ve cherished for over 20 years.

I specialize in the Green Hills, Belle Meade, Forest Hills, and Oak Hill areas, where I grew up and now work daily—but I also know Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Spring Hill (really all of Williamson County) inside and out. My “wingspan” is wide thanks to a large family and a lifetime of experience navigating Nashville’s evolving neighborhoods, school systems, and hidden gems.

Having relocated several times myself, I understand the emotional and logistical challenges of moving—whether you’re across the country or across town. I’ve lived in six homes in three states and loved each one for different reasons. Helping clients find the right fit—whether it’s their forever home, their first home, or an investment property—truly brings me joy.

When I’m not working, you might find me antiquing, tending to my booth at GasLamp Antiques, or walking with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Jolene. I’m here to be a resource, advocate, and guide—always with honesty, experience, and a touch of Southern hospitality.
