Chip Fridrich

I am an ownership partner with my brother Steve Fridrich at Fridrich & Clark Realty, and serve as an affiliate broker with our family’s business. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 1986, starting my career as a freshman in college, and quickly became a Lifetime Member of the Nashville Board of Realtors Awards of Excellence due to my sales volume in the first five years of being licensed.

As a lifelong Nashville resident, I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market. My commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are key assets that benefit clients whether they’re buying or selling a home.

I recognize that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most significant and emotional decisions in a person’s life. It’s an important financial undertaking, and I approach every transaction with the care, diligence, and expertise it deserves. I’m here to guide clients through every step of the process with informed, reliable advice.

In addition to my role at Fridrich & Clark Realty, I serve as President and CEO of my family’s independent property and casualty insurance agency, Fridrich, Pinson & Associates, where I’ve been for 34 years.

I graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy in 1986 and earned my degree from Vanderbilt University in 1990, where I was a four-year letter winner and scholarship baseball player. Outside of my professional life, I stay involved in sports by coaching youth teams and broadcasting collegiate and youth sporting events on local radio and national TV networks, including ESPN.

I’m married to Heather Knapp, and we have three children: Hannah, Dowden, and Lewis. We are active members of St. Henry Catholic Church in Nashville.
