Caleb Gaw is a third-generation Nashvillian who knows and loves the city and everything it has to offer. Caleb grew up in the Green Hills/Brentwood communities and has extensive knowledge of both Nashville and Williamson County. He graduated from Hillsboro High School and received his bachelor’s in marketing from Belmont University. A hometown boy through and through, Caleb has the knowledge and experience to successfully guide local and out-of-town clients. Caleb comes from a strong work ethic where honesty, integrity, commitment, and communication are the cornerstones of his relationships with others.
 
Caleb jumped straight into the real estate industry after college, working in New Home Construction. It was here that he gained valuable knowledge and experience, understanding the ins and outs of home building and new home sales. His extensive experience with builders, NAR Members, design, and deadlines makes him a knowledgeable advocate to any homeowner looking to buy or sell a home.
 
He currently lives in Nolensville with his wife, Erick, and is an avid and longtime musician, jamming to favorites on piano, bass, and guitar. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and reading his Vernon McGee Thru the Bible commentary.
