About Tamara Tweedy

Tamara Tweedy is delighted to be working with Fridrich & Clark Realty. Tamara is a Nashville native, but one who spent many years “exploring” other parts of the US, most notably New York City, where she stayed for over 20 years. She returned to Nashville in 2014, enjoyed an education in investment real estate with Robyn Thompson, and later decided to formalize and earn a real estate license.

 

Tamara has a background in Theatre Arts and has been lucky enough to work in a great variety of locations, from NYC to Frankfurt, Germany. She has been a teacher of movement for actors and a teacher of Pilates for over 15 years, with students ranging in age from 11-85! Her Pilates studio Power In Motion was established in the mid-2000s in New York and later sold. New York helped cultivate in Tamara a love for architecture and interior design, and she had the good fortune of working with Pierce Allen, Aero Studios, Alan Wanzenberg Architects, and Danielle Galland Interior Design. Tamara has a particular fondness for historic homes and a savvy eye for detail.

 

Tamara holds a BFA from Boston University and an MFA from the Alabama Shakespeare Festival/University of Alabama.
