Meet Maria
Maria has been a NAR Member for over 10 years and is excited to partner with her longtime friend, Cathy East, at Fridrich & Clark.
Maria has lived in the Green Hills area of Nashville for 32 years in the same home where she raised her now 4 grown children. She is very familiar with Nashville and the surrounding areas and all the things the area has to offer.
Maria has a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Tulane University in New Orleans and has worked for Delta Air Lines for 13+ years in IT, auditing, and as a marketing representative.
Her math skills, coupled with her marketing experience and love for people, provide her with distinct gifts in real estate, helping buyers and sellers in the negotiating process, ensuring all offers and contracts are correct and legal in every detail, producing the desired outcome with as little stress as possible.
Her love of people is her driving force, and she strives to get to know her clients so she can serve them and help them in one of life’s biggest decisions: buying and selling a home.
When not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends.
She is also very involved with her church, 12th S Fellowship, where she loves to serve, and she is an active member of her book club, garden club, and jazzercise. Maria loves all things travel, flea markets, home décor, and especially hiking.
