Lia Shepard Flynn is a ninth-generation Nashville native with deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for helping families find the perfect place to call home.

Before returning to Nashville, Lia spent nearly 20 years in Los Angeles, where she built a successful career in marketing and international client relations. Her experience developed a strong foundation in client service, relationship-building, and attention to detail - skills that continue to benefit her real estate clients today. After relocating her own family across the country, Lia gained firsthand insight into the challenges and emotions that come with a major move. That experience, combined with her deep local knowledge, has made her a valuable resource for relocation clients navigating a move to Middle Tennessee.

Lia began her real estate career in Title and Escrow, where she worked for several years alongside an exceptional team of attorneys, gaining invaluable experience before transitioning into real estate sales. Known for her personalized approach, professionalism, and commitment to service, Lia is dedicated to making every real estate transaction as smooth and successful as possible.

Outside of real estate, Lia enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her two boys at their sporting events, volunteering, and staying active.
