Meet Jill
Jill Rigsby Higgs was raised in a real estate family giving her a deep-rooted passion for the business. She grew up in Cowan, TN, right at the foot of the Sewanee Memorial Cross. Her family was instrumental in developing several subdivisions on Tims Ford Lake along with 20 plus subdivisions in the area. She attended the University of Tennessee and moved to Nashville after graduation where she worked as the Recruiting Coordinator in Vanderbilt University’s Career Center.
After living in Nashville for five years, Jill’s love of real estate, the area and people led her to launch her Real Estate career in 2012. She enjoys getting to know her clients and consulting with them on their needs and wants and prides herself in providing every client exceptional service.
