About Elaine Finucane

Hi, I’m Elaine Finucane. My goal as a NAR Member is to make each real estate transaction a pleasure through positive and productive professionalism. I realize buying or selling a home is an important financial transaction. I also realize buying or selling a home is an emotional and personal experience, so I do my best to listen well and understand the emotions and individual needs of my clients.

 

Working with honesty and integrity is important to me and has enabled me to build strong relationships with my clients and other real estate professionals, i.e., agents, lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and engineers. The majority of my business is based on referrals from these strong and established relationships. In addition to my 24+ years as a NAR Member, my partner and mother-in-law, Betty Finucane, has over 40 years of experience, making us ”The Finucane Team” with over 64 years combined real estate experience.

 

I enjoy working with Fridrich and Clark, as it is a smaller, more established local company with over 50 years in the business. The family-like atmosphere enables better and closer relationships with the brokers, agents, and staff.

I am a native of Houston, Texas and met my husband in college in Virginia. We got married and moved to Nashville in 1996. We are the proud parents of three young girls. As a NAR Member, wife and mother, my life is abundantly grand.
