Diane Ralph is a dedicated real estate Broker in Middle TN. She built her real estate career at Worth Properties, LLC, where she served as Assistant Managing Broker.  In this leadership role, she sharpened her expertise in real estate operations, strategic problem-solving, and creating seamless client experiences.  Diane has developed a deep understanding of the industry, earning a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and trusted relationships over the past 20 years. 

Her passion for helping others is rooted in her previous 40-year career as a Registered Nurse, where attention to detail, exceptional leadership service, empathy, and a commitment to going the extra mile defined her work.  She carries that same dedication into her real estate profession, ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their real estate experience.  In 2026, Diane joined Fridrich and Clark with her Real Estate Partner, Janet Jones.
