About Coco Smith

A fourth-generation Nashvillian, Coco has deep roots in the city and a genuine appreciation for the neighborhoods that make it feel like home. Having lived in Belle Meade, Green Hills, and 12 South, she brings a lifelong familiarity with Nashville and its surrounding communities. After attending The Harpeth Hall School, Coco graduated from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major in Marketing, where she developed a strong foundation in marketing, branding, and communication.

Coco began her career in sales before transitioning into real estate, bringing with her a background in marketing and a longtime interest in homes and the Nashville market. Her experience in marketing, branding, and social media allows her to bring a thoughtful and creative perspective to working with clients. Coco takes a thoughtful, people-focused approach to real estate, placing an emphasis on communication, genuine relationships, and making the buying or selling process feel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of real estate, you can find Coco walking her dogs, Dallas and Denver, listening to live music, cheering on the Auburn Tigers, or trying new restaurants around town.

Coco is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee REALTORS®, and Greater Nashville REALTORS®. Her love for Nashville continues to grow along with the city, and she looks forward to helping others find their own place to call home!
