Tim Villager

Tim grew up in Dixon, Illinois, population 10,000 which seemed really big to a ten year old riding a new bike. His father owned the local drug store that provided him with his first form of employment. Upon leaving the United States Air Force, Tim made Nashville his home, raising his two children who as adults have also decided to anchor their lives in the “IT” city.

On those rare occasions when Tim has some spare time, you may spot him and his lovely wife of 51 years getting away in their 1949 Packard automobile.

Tim looks at his real estate career as a “calling”, serving others. It all began when he partnered with a friend purchasing some undeveloped land, achieved a higher zoning use and sold it. In the process of rezoning the property, Tim met and convinced 16 adjacent neighbors that it was in everyone’s best interest to support the new zoning…that sealed it…real estate was more than a job, it became Tim’s “calling”. Being a realtor since 1978, Tim specializes in residential single family home sales. He is ready to use his negotiation skills and experience to guide you through your real estate experience.
