Lindsay Wells

As a California native and seasoned real estate professional, I relocated with my family to Tennessee in order to pursue my passion for design and architecture. I have been involved in new construction, renovation, and design of homes in the Nashville area for over ten years. As a resident of Leipers Fork since 2008, I love the land, the lifestyle, and most of all, my neighbors. I appreciate the unique beauty of the land and have a keen eye when it comes to seeing the potential of each property. My efforts have yielded sales of over $40 million dollars and 600 acres of real estate in Leipers Fork and Franklin over the past two years. I love helping clients fulfill their dreams of owning a slice of heaven!
