Jim McLeod

Jim works exclusively with property owners seeking property management services for investment property.  He has been a Property Manager for over 17 years, after retiring from a 33-year career at the Department of Revenue for the State of Tennessee, and has managed hundreds of single-family and multi-family units during his tenure. 

Jim is a Realtor®, a professional member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, a member of West End Church of Christ for 47 years, and a member of Green Hills Civitan club for over 30 years.  An avid family man, he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 adult children, and 8 grandchildren.  He received his education from Harding Academy in Searcy, Arkansas and Memphis State University.
