Charity Van De Griek
Though originally from Fairhope, AL, Charity has lived in Nashville since 2001. Her early days were spent in the music industry, followed by non-profit work, but in March of 2017, she joined forces with Elizabeth McGuire to finally fulfill her dream of working in real estate. In 2020, Elizabeth, her husband John, and Charity formed The McGuire Group- a team approach to providing 5-star services to buyers and sellers. Charity’s speciality on the team is staging and she’s particularly gifted at owner-occupied staging. Helping sellers de-clutter and utilize what they already own, she has been dubbed “the home-staging wonder woman” by her teammates and clients. Charity is a very well-rounded realtor with extensive knowledge of Davidson County hot spots and up-and-coming areas, like Woodbine/Glencliff, Donelson/Hermitage, & Historic Old Hickory Village. As a Wilson County resident, she has expansive knowledge of the vast opportunities in the area- especially when it comes to the complexities of new construction.
Charity currently calls the growing town of Old Hickory, TN home. She, her husband, Bill, their son, Jacob, and their doodles, Dutch & Marigold, love spending their free time boating, sailing, and kayaking the lakes and rivers of Tennessee. They are members of the Harbour Island Yacht Club and are proud supporters of the Mt. Juliet Little League.
