OUR LEADERSHIP FOCUSES ON PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
With decades of experience, our managing brokers are readily available for expert counsel. They kicked off 2009 by conducting a weeklong series of intensive training sessions. Steve Fridrich commented in a recent interview, “We're reinvesting where people are cutting back. We're probably spending more on our agents right now, and we're doing that because this business is cyclical and putting money into our best resources - our agents - will come back greatly." At our annual meeting in December, a nationally recognized real estate instructor provided advice on strategies for success in representing buyers and sellers in today’s market.
GIVING BACK IS A CONSTANT PRIORITY
We find great joy in working together on projects such as Mobile Loaves & Fishes, The Campus for Human Development, Safe Haven Family Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA), Nashville Cares Emergency Housing Program and St. Luke’s Community House. Agent gifts of clothing, food, and children’s toys provided a special Christmas for several struggling families in our community.
WE ARE A FUN TEAM
While we take our professional responsibilities seriously, we also know how to have fun! From an annual picnic, where all our managing brokers took turns in a dunking booth for Habitat, to frequent after hours’ get-togethers, we enjoy each other’s company. Such events build strong teamwork, valuable trust and lasting relationships.
