Nashville, Tennessee, February 7, 2017—Fridrich & Clark Realty announced today that its Agents Foundation is donating a total of $12,660 to three area organizations whose mission is to help others – Nashville IDD Housing, Rooftop Nashville and Operation Stand Down.
This year’s recipient organizations were selected by the firm’s agents and staff from nine nominees, all with a housing mission. Nashville IDD Housing helps those with disabilities find affordable housing, Rooftop Nashville provides emergency rental assistance to Davidson County residents to prevent homelessness, and Operation Stand Down provides services to veterans.
The Agents Foundation was initiated in 2010 for Fridrich & Clark Realty agents to support housing organizations that help the community. With each closing commission, a donation is collected with funds coming from the agent and the company. Late in each year, the agents at Fridrich & Clark Realty nominate organizations from Middle Tennessee who have a relationship with housing and who serve others.
Since the inception of the Agents Foundation, $74,593 has been raised to support the community. In announcing the grants, Steve Fridrich said, “The agents at Fridrich & Clark Realty not only light the path to dream homes, but also to bettering the community through the Agents Foundation. Through giving to these organizations, we honor their missions and the impact they have. This foundation provides us the opportunity to showcase the success of our agents and enhance our community.”
Fridrich & Clark Realty, founded in 1966, has grown to be one of the area’s largest realty firms, with more than 140 agents. More information is available at www.fridrichandclark.com.
